Last night’s multiple Emmy Award hosts fell flat in more than one regard–but in poor Heidi Klum’s case, quite literally. The Project Runway host was very ungracefully dropped by Tom Bergeron, but survived the spill thanks to her best accessory.

In a bit gone terribly wrong, the Dancing With the Stars host dipped Klum a bit too low to the floor and before she knew it, she was laid out like a 13-year-old girl in her first pair of high heels. But I must applaud her supreme sense of grace and humor, her true best accessories for the evening. You’ve got to admire a girl who can withstand something that embarrassing (and, from the looks of her huge purple bruise, painful) and get up to pose for a photo like this one. Drop dead gorgeous and down to earth? Now that’s a true glamour girl.
