Loving Her Look: Janet Jackson Shows Her Style Spots
She wouldn’t be a Jackson if she didn’t undergo a major transformation every now and again, right? Janet hit her boyfriend Jermaine Dupri’s birthday party last night in an outfit that was equal parts sex kitten and demurely ladylike. I just don’t know if that hat is working for me.
Now as much as I love a woman in a hat, I think her choice of topper takes an otherwise completely chic outfit into potential costume territory. The pumps, the pencil skirt, the big belt and the sheer leopard blouse are all scoring a major “do” in my book, but I’m afraid the addition of both the gloves and the hat are too reminiscent of Bonnie and Clyde. What do you guys think of her look? Better with or without the hat?
